Friendly staff made check-in easy.

The room was cluttered with outdated furniture and felt cramped. The noise from the heating system was unbearable at night. I noticed several cleanliness issues, including stains on the carpet and a lingering odor that was quite off-putting.

We had a fabulous time. The hotel was wonderful and clean, quiet and spotless rooms. The location was marvellous and stunning, just off a construction zone, the airport in the morning and industrial area, in a fairly quiet area. Also, it was within 15 minutes by car from Lumel Glass Blowing Studio. The staff turned out to be very cordial and nice.

A good pick for a brief pause in Whitehorse with decent value for the price charged. The suite was clean and the bed very comfortable. Tip for visitors, be careful about the pre-authorization for incidentals at check-in.

The modern design of the hotel is refreshing. The room was exceptionally clean and quiet. The Wifi reception was excellent

The value is probably good for this area, however, the hotel charges you an additional amount of $ for breakfast when the room is already at a high price

Why it's almost great (but not quite)

The staff were friendly and helpful making check-in/out easy! The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable for a good night's sleep.

Dining options could use improvement as well.

The wi-fi was really good! Food also really good.

While the paint was new and the fixtures very pretty, they didn't actually work. Couldn't adjust the shower from hand-held to shower, had to repair the toilet handle so it would flush.

Branded well and some well done renovations. The bed was comfortable. I had very good wifi in my room. There ws also a bar fridge which is always handy

For a king room and the price, there was no soaker tub or even public hot tub to soothe aching bones.
